Jordy Kool

For more than 15 years I have been working in board roles in sectors such as it, media, fitness, health and human capital. I transformed several businesses of which one company grew from €55 mio to +1 bio €, sold several companies varying from 63 to 425M €, opened up offices in 25 countries, conducted several m&a deals and did more than 20 direct investments via my family office.

Since 2014 I am an active investor and non-executive board member. My drive is to help companies, teams and people unleash their potential. My family office has, next to the +20 direct investments, invested in international VC and PE firms along with public traded companies and real estate.

Working with founders, in rapid growth companies, raising equity/debt, scaling international, both organically and through m&a are the main part of my playing field. I prefer working in companies with international ambitions, as this is where I can add the most value, given the time spent abroad.
